Whole Wheat BBQ Chicken Pizza How good does that look!??

Prep: 10 min Bake: 10 min Makes: 8 servings

Ingredients:

2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast (about 2 4 oz. chicken breasts - I use Perdue Fit and Easy)
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 package ready-to-serve whole wheat pizza crust (12 inches in diameter) (Trader Joe's Tabula Rasa Whole Grain Pizza Crust is great or Boboli)

1 cup shredded reduced-fat Monterey Jack or Chedder cheese
Fresh cilantro leaves

Directions:



1. Heat oven to 450°. Mix chicken and ¼ cup of barbecue sauce in small bowl. Place pizza crust
on ungreased cookie sheet; spread chicken mixture over crust add other ¼ cup of BBQ sauce. Sprinkle with cheese.



2. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust
is browned. Sprinkle with cilantro.

Balsamic Roasted Asparagus

1 Lb. of Asparagus
1/4 cup of Newman's Own Lighten Up Balsamic Vinaigrette

Preheat oven to 425 degrees (can be cooked with pizza). Snap off ends of asparagus. Place in 8X8 glass dish. Drizzle salad dressing. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
